At Howard, leadership doesn’t always wait until graduation. What started as a student-led research project by HUSA Vice President Payton Garcia, supported through funding from the Robert and Ethel Kennedy Human Rights Center, has already turned into real relief for students navigating housing insecurity in D.C.
