This journey has been far from easy. Back in 2019, I got into the best shape of my life with little support outside of my daughter believing in me. Then life hit hard. Obstacles came. My mind wasn’t in the right place, poor decisions were made, and little by little I found myself right back where I started… carrying the weight physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I regained the weight. The illnesses returned. The isolation returned. But so did God. This time, He called me into something deeper. And to be clear this has never been about vanity for me. I know people often assume when someone posts progress photos or workout videos that it’s for attention or to show off. But for me, it’s the opposite. This is testimony. Every post represents a battle I chose not to lose. Every workout is proof that God is still rebuilding me from the inside out.
