"My name is Joe Tarnacki and MY SECRET IMPACT is that I was able to transition out of the salon and into the Academy of Hair Design when I got custody of my twin boys 26 years ago. It gave me a chance to have a schedule and a lifestyle to be present for them and still earn a good living. I have had the privilege to have an IMPACT on every student who has ever enrolled at the Academy of Hair Design since it opened in 2005 and I still enjoy teaching to this day.
