Regal’s dollar-a-movie deal is back for the summer. The theater chain’s popular offer is good for mostly older releases on weekdays only. Launched in 1991, Regal’s $1 Summer Movie Express program is aimed at families looking for a little cool entertainment during what are often the hottest weeks of the year.
