The California Association of African-American Superintendent and Administrators (CAAASA) UNITY Women’s Leadership Summit + Retreat is happening June 26–28 in San Diego at the beautiful Loews Coronado Bay Resort. This retreat was created for Black women in leadership, education, and service who are looking for space to rest, reflect, reconnect, and be poured into. Throughout the weekend we’ll explore conversations around joy, burnout, sustainable leadership, life transitions, and nervous system care through workshops, mindfulness experiences, creative sessions, vision boarding, candlelight reflection, and a restorative sound bath. This is not just a leadership summit.
