This past weekend reminded me why I love teaching so much. One of the most beautiful things to witness is the moment someone realizes: “Wait… this is actually possible for me.” To watch people connect with the instruments, trust themselves more deeply, and begin stepping into a new version of their life is something I never take for granted. Everything I do through SoundEmbrace comes back to one intention: Helping people live a life they love waking up to every day. Sometimes that begins with a sound bath session. Sometimes it begins with saying yes to learning something new. Sometimes it begins with finally listening to the part of yourself that has been asking for more. Still feeling so grateful for this weekend.
