Roommates, #Saweetie has been hit with a lawsuit. According to TMZ_tv, the rapper is being sued by concert promoter Moon Dream Production for backing out of a deal to perform four shows in Japan in July 2025. Court docs reportedly state Saweetie agreed to a $200K deal and received a $100K deposit upfront. _________________________ The company alleges Saweetie never performed the scheduled shows but still traveled to Japan on visas they helped secure, before allegedly performing for other promoters on the same dates. Moon Dream Production claims they lost money on merchandise, promotional expenses, and venue costs, and missed out on expected profits from the concerts. They’re now suing for the return of the $100K deposit plus millions more in damages. The suit is also seeking $3 million in punitive damages.
