New details have emerged on Ludwig Kaiser's battery arrest. Raj Giri is reporting that before any physical altercation took place, the complainant allegedly said something to the effect of: "You need to show some f---in' respect before I call ICE on that b---h," referring to Kaiser's girlfriend Andrea Bazarte, who was with him in the elevator. Per Giri, the two were being affectionate but nothing out of the ordinary. Kaiser exited the elevator and the two had a scuffle, but per Giri no punches were thrown. That conflicts with the arrest warrant, which states that after the complainant told them to "please have some manners," Kaiser punched him multiple times, pushed him to the ground, and threatened further violence. The incident took place April 23 at an Orlando apartment complex. Kaiser was arrested May 20 and bonded out on $1,000 bail.
