House hunting blind is a trip honestly. I have to go by what literally feels good and a lot of trust in my wife to fill in the details. Thankfully I also got to work with my cousin josephyorksellsnj as the realtor who pulled me aside when the time was right and told me his personal opinions and not just his work opinions. That right there was priceless. We have a kid the same age and our families have always been close so it was cool to be able to work together on a different level. Ultimately we put in an offer here and the next steps can be the most stressful.
