Milestones are important to celebrate. It may not seem like a big deal to some people and a lot of people may say “it’s just social media” but to me it’s so much more. My whole life I dreamed of a way to help other people in my position the way those that came before me helped get me where I am today. This whole sharing lives on the internet can really help bring hope so some people. I know hearing about erikweihenmayer summiting Mt. Everest as a blind person changed my life completely. I devoured those books about his journeys and it gave me hope to dream bigger than I could imagine.
