We are excited to announce that our Friday Night and Saturday morning Hook in 2 Hockey Come and Try will both have a special guest. Our own Australian Players will join our Hook in 2 Hockey - Hockeyoo Amy Lawton on Friday, and Kookaburra Craig Marais on Saturday Morning. Southern United player Amy Lawton, currently part of the Australian Hockeyroos squad, two times Olympian and Commonwealth Games Silver Medallist will join us. Amy started playing at Southern United as a 9 year old, part of our junior program. She moved through the ranks playing in our Premier League women's team, before making her Hockeyroos Debut at the age of 17, and becoming a permanent member of the Hockeyroos squad at 18. Craig Marais joined the Kookaburras squad in 2022 at the age of 20, and has been the youngest member of the squad for some time.
