McDwyer, III Armored Corps and Fort Hood command sergeant major, signed the iiiarmoredcorps 2026 Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month, or SAAPM, proclamation to reaffirm their shared commitment to preventing and eliminating harmful behaviors that can lead to sexual harassment and assault during a ceremony April 1 at III Armored Corps Headquarters.
