Employees like Justin Harris, an operations specialist, Ceremonies Branch, Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security, keep The Great Place great. Harris helps manage ceremonies on the installation — writing scripts, creating programs, planning and running dress rehearsals, holding meetings for planning and operations and even creating seating charts. He also works in the Emergency Operation Center for monthly exercises to help the garrison stay ready for unexpected incidents and situations.
