The installation commemorated the usarmy 250th birthday and National Safety Month at the "Think Safety First" event held June 14 at the West Fort Hood Express on Fort Hood. Fort Hood AAFES collaborated with the Fort Hood Fire Department and the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Division to underscore the importance of safety as the Army celebrated 250 years of ensuring the safety of the nation.
