This is what you do when you’ve left it too late and the panic is hitting. I’ve been getting the same message in my dms all week and the answer is genuinely this. The worst thing you can do a day before your exam is read your notes from the top. You don’t have time for that and re reading isn’t studying anyway. You’re just making yourself feel busy.
