It was announced Friday that GOLDEN TEMPO, winner of the 2026 Grade I Kentucky Derby, will stand at Lane’s End Farm at the conclusion of his racing career. “Golden Tempo fits the classic profile that Lane’s End has long been associated with, and his pedigree has such a deep foundation of Grade I winners and producers, in addition to being by a top sire.” Golden Tempo is a fifth generation Phipps homebred, tracing back to foundation mare Blitely.
