Early voting for South Carolina's primary election starts next week, and Spartanburg County voters had the opportunity Tuesday to hear directly from candidates seeking office. The Upstate Conservatives Forum was held at the Spartanburg Main Library, bringing together candidates running for Spartanburg County Council chair and the South Carolina House District 38 seat.
