Arizona DPS says troopers launched a distracted driving crackdown on I-10 after traffic started backing up near the site of a car crash. According to investigators, people were slowing down on the freeway trying to take photos and videos while passing the scene. Troopers ended up issuing 67 cell phone citations in just a few hours. At this point some people see flashing lights on the highway and instantly turn into TMZ reporters 😭 DPS also says distracted driving near the crash scene may have contributed to another collision nearby.
