CIF SOFTBALL PLAYOFFS The Central Spartans are back in action today as they continue their CIF San Diego Section Division IV playoff run. 🆚 Madison Warhawks (19-9-1) 📍 Maddison HS ⏰ 4:00 PM Central enters the matchup after a dramatic 6-5 playoff victory over Liberty Charter. The Spartans were led by Yanely Felix, who tossed a complete game and did not allow an earned run over seven innings. Offensively, Jayleen Beltran sparked the attack, going 4-for-5 with a home run, three doubles, and four RBI. Lea Zavala also delivered a big performance, finishing 4-for-5 with a run scored and a double. Madison brings a strong 19-9-1 record into the contest and is led by freshman Aryana Burnett, who enters the game batting .500 with a .569 on-base percentage and .786 slugging percentage.
