Audrey Marks, MP, announced at the 2026 Sectoral Debate that NIRA is now Jamaica's newest 24/7 online government service — accessible from home, from work, or from anywhere in the Diaspora, at any hour. 47,562 document recovery applications have already been processed following Hurricane Melissa. 856 of the most vulnerable Jamaicans received those services free of cost.
