Democrat Barney Frank, who represented Massachusetts in Congress from 1981 until he retired in 2013, has died at age 86. In 2008, Lesley Stahl spoke with Frank, who was described at the time as “impatient and antisocial,” “sharp-tongued and downright mean.” But in the financial community, former Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson called him "a market-savvy pragmatist who looks for areas of agreement because he wants to get things done." #barneyfrank #massachusetts #congressman
