That's why we've chosen to work directly with girls and women in hockey to make this a reality for those who need proper fitting gear the most. After working in the equipment industry for over 20 years, STÄRK Hockey's founder Michel Paul knew he had an opportunity to grow the women's game from within. He began this company by being a source of love and attention to the sport in a capacity no one ever thought of. With a passionate team by his side, Paul made it his mission to improve women's hockey equipment for the better. Paul recognized early on that his efforts would require a leap of faith, as STÄRK would need to stay relevant among big-name brands while catering to a market group that lacked attention in the past.
