What does creatine actually do to your body over 90 days? We took 12 real people — none of whom had taken creatine in at least 6 months — and put them on Purist Nutrition Creatine Plus for a full 12-week trial and let the results speak for themselves. The How Each participant went through a structured fitness assessment at the start, middle, and end of the trial — including a one-rep max trap bar deadlift, a 4-minute AMRAP, plus body scans tracking weight, BMI, body fat percentage, and muscle mass.
