Easy lunch box recipe When I was 10 years old, my mom started teaching me how to cook. During my summer break, I joined a 2 week cooking class along with my friends. In this class we learned easy recipes like homemade chocolate, cake and sandwiches. One of the first recipe that I learned in that class was bread rolls. We deep fried those bread rolls but here I am giving it a healthier twist by air frying them and also adding paneer for protein. These are perfect lunch boxes and my son loves how they turn out. When I see him gobble these bread rolls, it takes me back to my childhood days and makes me nostalgic. You can also make these for appetizers for your parties and they will be a huge hit Ingredients 2 medium size potatoes 1 /2 cup shredded paneer Salt as needed 2 tsp raw mango powder 1 tsp roasted cumin power 3 green chilies (adjust per taste) 2 garlic cloves 5 slices of bread 2 tsp butter 2 tablespoon ketchup Air fry them on 475 degree Fahrenheit for 7-10 minutes ...
