If you ask me, this restaurant easily makes it to my top 5 Indian restaurants in NYC. The fusion flavors, outstanding service, and chic indoor-outdoor ambiance give you all the fine-dining vibes—definitely worth a visit. Pro tip: if you call at least three days in advance, they can prepare Jain-friendly options too. This time, we tried some new dishes—Rajasthani Kadhu with crispy okra (Jain), Galouti Kebab, Dal, Paneer with Makki da Paratha, and their classic Dahi Puri.
My rating: 8.5/10
