This May, our LEAD (Leading Empowering Asian Development) Teammate Resource Group celebrated APIDA Heritage Month through experiences centered around leadership, wellness, cultural connection, and community across Under Armour. 🌏 LEAD’s signature APIDA Month event, 𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘍𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘝𝘰𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱, challenged teammates to better understand their individual leadership styles and how self-awareness can unlock more authentic impact and collaboration across teams. Throughout the month, teammates also connected through a dumpling making class with ejjieats 🥟, an uplifting session on mental health, resilience, and mindfulness featuring equiteaco 💆, and a KPop-themed spin class 🚴 right here at HQ.
