Fresh veggies, grown by the community, for the community! 🍅🥬 Last week, families near Jackson State University didn't have to travel far for fresh produce. The JSU Office of Community Engagement partnered with Blackburn Middle School for their annual Student-Led Farmers’ Market at the JSU/Blackburn Learning Garden. Students grew, harvested, and sold the fruits and vegetables themselves! All proceeds went directly to the students—teaching them valuable entrepreneurial skills and showing them firsthand that hard work pays off. 💙 Read more in the JSU Newsroom.
