I was pleasantly surprised to see how much I was still able to cook and share this year despite running the two businesses. It looked daunting and complicated to make but I was so pleasantly surprised that it’s easier than it looks - and, they turned out SO delicious. Anchovy Tagra - this is another dish I’ve eaten many times in Morocco, but I had never actually made it home due to the availability of fresh anchovies.
