I don’t really know what to say It’s hard out there for so many humans and as an artist who is making things with more heart than ever before.. the noise and AI slop is just getting started. This is an extremely personal thing to share but it is more to say that as an artist - this is the greatest honor a song of mine will ever have. No matter what award I do or don’t win - this is the real stuff. Not to mention this song is inspired by a brave little girl who is my friend’s daughter who has cerebral palsy. So in a way - she inspired a song that helped keep someone on this side of the earth. That’s the real point of art to me - that we feel less alone. Sending love from one phone to another.
