Habitat for Humanity is getting creative to provide housing solutions in the Shenandoah Valley. The Staunton-Augusta-Waynesboro chapter brought in a panelized home that took 9 hours to assemble on the National Mall in Washington for a housing showcase. The home was disassembled in DC and has since been reassembled in Staunton. The area Habitat chapter says this model could offer an affordable solution for future homebuilders.
