They say it’s lonely at the top, but I’ve found that’s only true if you go alone! The world often tries to divide us, pitting black women against one another as if there isn’t room for all of us to rise. But my journey has proven the opposite. Throughout college, these women, representing different letters across the Divine Nine didn’t just uplift me; they carried me. When the weight of the world felt heavy, they were the ones who reminded me of my strength and refused to let me give up. Our letters may differ, but our purpose is one and the same: a commitment to excellence, service, and the uplift of our community.
