On3’s JD PicKell mentioned recently that Athlon dropped a report with an anonymous coach stating that Florida State doesn’t have the booster support that people think they do. Personally, I believe that is a spit in the face to the people that are boosters. The Seminoles are having to cough up funds for suing the conference, stadium renovations, building a football-only facility, as well as not generating the results on the field. You can hold the pitchforks for head coach Mike Norvell, and I understand, but it doesn’t escape the fact the Seminole Boosters are asked to do everything. I, just like everyone else, want to see Florida State win. The boosters (which I am one) are passionate about this program, but it just seems in today’s college football landscape that it is unsustainable. It often turns into who has the most money.
