There's been a lot of planting going on this week, and we couldn't be more excited!🌱 This morning, Fargo Park District staff joined community partners to plant 85 trees and bushes in celebration of Arbor Day. A huge thank you to the thecityoffargo, bobcatcompany, the northdakotaforestservice, fargopublicschools Carl Ben Eielson Middle School and fmriverkeepers for helping make this morning such a success. Trees play an important role in keeping our parks and community healthy by reducing air pollution, cooling the atmosphere, providing shade for play, preventing soil erosion and supporting a stronger environment for years to come.
