The U.S. Border Patrol was officially created on May 28, 1924 with the passage of the Labor Appropriation Act. They have been hunting and disappearing Latino/Indigenous people ever since. Initially operating with a force of 450 patrol officers under the Bureau of Immigration, it was established to secure the northern and southern U.S. borders between official inspection stations keeping indigenous people off of our own lands. They have many physical and mental tactics to break our people down. The truth is they would rather see us dead than to see us succeed. Thats the reason for the mass deportations. The youth are benefiting from what immigrant families have built, have accomplished.
