Kai Chase interned with us over the summer (a first for both of us), where she got a crash course in what it’s like to work in development, bidding, and estimating at Renfrow+Co. A junior at the University of Texas at Austin, Kai is majoring in Architectural Engineering. Some highlights of her time with us include gaining more experience using AutoCad and Rhino, visiting job sites, learning to estimate and bid jobs, how to read and understand plans, and more. Kai collaborated on several projects during her internship, such as Memorial Green, Zarzamora Creek Trail, and Cielo Rec Center.
