In the fast-growing residential community of Cross Creek West, we had the chance to help create a unique landmark for the neighborhood’s second phase. Working alongside SWA, DL Meacham LP, and Johnson Development Corp, it was our job to translate this roundabout structure into reality. After reviewing the existing design, we modified the original plans to ensure a smooth design in our shop. This collaboration allowed us to keep the cool visual look they wanted while optimizing the construction process. The end-result is a three-tiered structure with steel walls and colorful lighting that matches other features in the community. It’s a vibrant centerpiece for the neighborhood, and we even built it with removable panels to make any future electrical work easy to access.
