tbh you can largely blame boring cities on boring zoning wor the neighborhoods I've enjoyed living in the most were ones where I was just a hop and a skip away from the farmers market, a great deli, a cool bar, even just a chill plaza. Pop-ups are solid temporary fixes to this annoyingly technical problem, however, the ultimate solution is to have zoning code that allows people to meet their needs in their own neighborhood. #citylife #zoning #urbanism #livinginthecity #citydesign
