This comes after Camillia Williams, 37, of Philadelphia, was tackled to the ground near the casino’s elevators that was captured by her daughter Samirah in a video of the incident. Williams’ daughter said the encounter stemmed from Camillia's attempt to get a new keycard for their hotel room, after the one she was initially given didn’t work. The mother and daughter were returning to their room to get their belongings, according to Samirah.
