Happy National Tap Dance Day! Today we’re revisiting a special moment from last year as our dancers prepared for an informal studio showing for friends and families under the mentorship of Joey Cullinane. Each dancer created their own choreography, drawing from personal ideas and emotions while exploring storytelling, musicality, and individuality through movement. Joey guided students through the creative process, encouraging them to discover greater clarity, confidence, and intention within their artistry. We are also excited to have Joey leading our Tap Intensive this year as Lead Faculty, continuing to inspire the next generation of tap artists through creativity, collaboration, and artistic exploration.
