Captured during our recent production of The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, these reflections from Youth Ballet Program students Hadassah Ho, Alice Oshima, and Eisei Kori beautifully remind us that the search for courage, identity, and belonging is universal and that home can often be found within community. Their words speak to the power of collaboration, confidence, cultural connection, and the shared humanity that exists within dance. While every artist brings their own unique background and perspective into the studio, dance has the ability to unite us through creativity, storytelling, and connection.
