Personalizing a short haircut requires carefully analyzing the face and skull shape, along with determining how much hair or “fabric” you have in each area of the head.

In this cut the majority of her hair is behind the ears and above the nape so this is where I removed the bulk of the hair. I also protected the front hairline by over directing the hair back not texturizing that area.
We talk a lot about face shape, and while that is important, I think it is just as important to look at skull shape!
