Cracker Barrel’s summer menu releases today. Here’s everything that’s on it: The Campfire Skillets are back with six options including the Campfire Breakfast with bacon, sausage, peppers, onions, and Colby cheese, along with Campfire Beef and Campfire Chicken cooked with vegetables and spices. There is also a Cheesy Mini Dumplins and Chicken Tenders skillet topped with BBQ sauce and shredded cheese. On the sweeter side, the Campfire S’mores Brownie and Campfire Cinnamon Roll return, both loaded with chocolate, graham, and cream cheese icing elements. The Strawberry French Toast Bake is another highlight, made with custard soaked bread, cheesecake filling, strawberry syrup, and your choice of meat. The Sugar Cured Ham Dinner is also being featured again for the season, including the option for country ham.
