Taking the iconic cookie from Lotus and turning it into a dessert of absolute divinity, the BJ’s Biscoff Pizookie features a sugar cookie base with double scoops of vanilla bean ice cream, Biscoff cookie butter drizzles, plenty of Biscoff crumbles, and a Biscoff cookie on top to finish it all off. For those of you that can eat pistachio, BJ’s has also bought back its Dubai Chocolate Pizookie along with some of its new spring menu items including the Wagyu Burger and Margherita Burrata Deep Dish Pizza.
