Originally developed by Exos for military tactical athletes, the Accelerated Return to Duty (ARD) program is a four-week rehabilitation and training program delivered in collaboration with Andrews Research & Education Foundation (AREF). Through the Eagle Fund, a restricted charitable fund within AREF, philanthropic support helps provide access to ARD for a select cohort of injured active-duty special operators referred through the Care Coalition. Together, Exos and AREF provide individualized rehabilitation, physical therapy, recovery, and human performance support with one goal: helping operators return to duty.
