Here is a little glimpse into what postpartum recovery can look like 24 hours after giving birth. 💕 I just gave birth to baby number 7 and not all my postpartum recoveries have looked like this. There were some where I was so dead tired and sore that I could barely make it out of bed. And on the flip side, there were other times post birth I felt good with more energy. I never know which postpartum experience I am going to have, a lot depends on the birth, but no matter the experience one thing that remains constant is the overwhelming joy, love, and gratitude I feel when holding that baby in my arms.
