Some impressions of my last work. Emina’s silence got under my skin; The two dialogue pieces emerge through accumulation. Hair operates as a residue of the body, but also as a material of reconstruction. In the absence of Emina’s own voice, the work attempts to build a psychological and physical proximity to someone who survives only through fragmented memory in the Bosnian culture.
