Camping season is HERE 🏕️ These five campgrounds offer lake access and are near the Front Range (be sure to save this reel): 📍Molly Brown – Leadville Located on Turquoise Lake with sites that have direct lake access AND mountain bike trails winding throughout the campground. Big tall trees for hammocking and lots of shade. Being close to Leadville makes this such a fun spot! We love grabbing pizza in town to bring to the campsite for our first night and stopping at Melanzana on our way in. 📍Prospector – Dillon Perched above Lake Dillon with front row views of the Ten Mile Range. The sunrises and sunsets here are absolutely unreal. You have lake access via a few trails in the campsite. No swimming here but you can paddleboard when the lake is calm enough. 📍Wellington Lake – Bailey Privately run through Castle Mountain Recreation.
