The entire #HeroClix family did it again and broke all expectations & records with our 6th annual “HeroClix for Huntington’s” event weekend. After the dust settled, this year’s event raised $84,000+(!!!) for hdsanational and the battle against #HuntingtonsDisease!!! When we built this event, based around #HeroClix (a tabletop game) and the community that plays it, not in our wildest dreams could we have envisioned the incredible outpouring of support we have received year over year. Thank you to wizkidsgames for sponsoring us, to our judges and staff who take on the Herculean task of putting on all the events we have throughout the weekend, and, most of all TO ALL THE PLAYERS, both in-person and around the world who make it a success. Events like this raise awareness and much needed funding to support families (like my own) battling HD. It lets them know that folks everywhere are stepping up and standing alongside of them.
