For the first 3-4 years of my tech career I figured things out the hard way. No shortcuts, no help, just me and the problem. Now I use AI and get unstuck in minutes. And somewhere in that shift a quiet question appeared - did the struggle make me better, or did I just make things harder than they needed to be? AI didn’t create that question.
