💨 It all started eight weeks ago, when bostoncherry convinced me to sign up for a marathon with hopes of qualifying for Boston. I was crazy to say yes! This is the story of how not to train ❌
💨 Luckily, I had a base of 13 miles to start, but quickly ramped up to 20 miles in a matter of only three weeks.
💨 All of this running while still pumping out five new YouTube workouts per week. I pushed myself to the absolute limit with early mornings and tough training.
💨 It was super aggressive and finally got to be too much one week ago when I strained my calf while running.
💨 Two weeks ago I would’ve said I was super confident about this race, and had Boston in my sights. Now, I’m anxiety ridden and just hoping to finish the race. I pretty much took one full week of doing almost nothing and now the race is tomorrow! Anything can happen, so make sure to follow my stories for updates!
